Wiss

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 7, 2026

In short

Wiss Domains registers domain names and tries to know as little about you as possible. We believe privacy matters, so we only collect what the service can't run without.

Below are the terms we work on. They are written in plain language, but this is a full public offer. "We" and "the Service" mean Wiss Domains. "You" and "the User" mean anyone who uses the Service.

  • Registering, placing an order or doing anything else in the bot or on the website means you unconditionally accept these terms in their current version.
  • If you disagree with any part of the terms, stop using the Service immediately.
  • Not reading the terms, or reading them your own way, does not release you from them.

What we do

We are a reseller. Your domain is actually registered and technically maintained by a third‑party registration organization ("the Registrar"). We work between you and them.

Through us you can buy domain names in international zones. We don't sell .ru, .рф or the national zones of CIS countries.

Our work includes:

  • taking orders for registration, renewal and other domain operations;
  • passing registration data to the Registrar to the extent needed for the service;
  • first‑line advice on buying and maintaining domains.

We don't provide hosting, don't set up DNS for you, don't moderate site content and don't administer the content on your domains.

What's not allowed

Privacy does not cancel the rules. Domains bought through us must not be used to host, distribute or promote:

  • material that sexualizes minors in any form (CSAM/CP);
  • terrorist or extremist material, or any calls to violence;
  • information about narcotic, psychotropic and similar substances, including selling and advertising them;
  • large‑scale distributed attacks on critical infrastructure;
  • clones and mirrors of services aimed at residents of the Russian Federation and CIS countries;
  • any content directed against residents of the Russian Federation and CIS countries.

It is also prohibited to bypass the Service's technical protection, abuse the warranty system by automated means, or put excessive load on our infrastructure.

Suspension and refusal of service

If a violation from "What's not allowed" is detected, we and the Registrar may, without prior notice:

  • suspend delegation of one or more domains;
  • delete domain names;
  • block your account in the Service;
  • cancel the unused balance without a refund.

We may refuse service in whole or in part at our own discretion and without giving reasons. This happens when, on the overall picture, we consider serving a user undesirable, risky or contrary to Registrar policy, payment provider requirements or our business reputation. We are not obliged to disclose the grounds, except where mandatory law requires it.

The final decision on blocking, removing delegation, refusing renewal or otherwise restricting a domain is made by the Registrar and the providers of related infrastructure. We have no authority to review such decisions and are not responsible for them.

Your responsibility

The domain is yours: you are its full administrator and sole controller. That also means full responsibility for any content on it.

  • Keep evidence of legitimate use of your domains. In a dispute we may ask for it.
  • Stop any violation of this Agreement at the first request from us or the Registrar.
  • Keep track of the Registrar's current requirements and applicable law yourself.
  • If we or third parties suffer losses because you violated this Agreement, you compensate them. This includes court costs, legal fees and complaint handling.

Transferring a domain

You can transfer a domain to another user of the Service. After the transfer, administration of the domain and responsibility for it pass to the recipient.

The recipient must check the domain and its content against this Agreement and fix any violations. If a domain was transferred without prior arrangement with the recipient, the recipient must notify support immediately.

The Registrar and complaints

Technical maintenance, complaint handling, moderation and decisions on domains are handled by the Registrar under its internal rules (Terms of Service, Abuse Policy and others).

The Registrar's contact details are in the WHOIS record of each domain. A complaint can be sent to the Registrar directly or through our support, and we will pass it on.

We don't interfere in moderation, don't dispute the Registrar's decisions and are not responsible for their consequences. This also applies to domains covered by a warranty.

Promotional and informational messages

By starting to use the Service, you agree to receive promotional and informational messages from us and our partners in the bot and in related communication channels.

This consent is voluntary, informed and specific under applicable law, including Federal Law No. 38‑FZ of 13.03.2006 "On Advertising" and Federal Law No. 152‑FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data".

For third‑party advertising we act only as a technical delivery platform. We don't pre‑moderate, check or assess such materials. We are not responsible for their content or for any consequences of receiving them, viewing them or following their links. Claims about the content go directly to the advertisers.

You can withdraw your consent at any time through the mechanism provided in the Service. Receiving promotional materials is an integral part of using the Service, so withdrawing consent may limit functionality or end your access completely.

What we're not responsible for

The Service is provided "as is", with no express or implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not responsible for:

  • any direct or indirect losses related to using the Service or the domains you bought;
  • temporary unavailability of features caused by the Registrar, hosting providers, DNS operators, payment systems or other third parties;
  • the content and accuracy of what users place on their domains;
  • the consequences of your Telegram account being compromised.

We don't guarantee uninterrupted operation and may carry out maintenance. When possible, we announce it in advance through our official channels.

Changes and termination

We may change this Agreement unilaterally at any time and without individual notice. A new version takes effect when it is published in the Service interface.

If you keep using the Service after publication, you unconditionally accept the new version. Keeping track of the current version is your responsibility.

We may at any time suspend or permanently stop serving a specific user without any compensation, if there are grounds for it under this Agreement.

If the Service as a whole stops operating because of force majeure, actions of third parties, regulatory changes or a decision of the Service's management, no obligation to compensate users' losses arises.

Governing law and disputes

This Agreement is interpreted and applied under the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes arising from or in connection with it are heard by the courts at the location of the Service, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

  • If a court finds any provision invalid, the rest remain in full force.
  • This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and the Service on its subject and replaces all earlier oral and written arrangements.
  • Section headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.

Contact

The main channel for contact and technical support is the official Telegram support bot @WissSupportBot. The backup channel is the email address shown in the bot interface.

We may restrict access to support in case of abusive behavior, flooding, spam or other misuse. The administration decides how long the restriction lasts.
